Olé de Aromas 2017 is a red Manchuela made 100% with the Bobal grape, from old vines Ecologically cultivated between the valleys of the Júcar River and the Cabriel River. La Bobal is a different grape, with a great personality, which produces very aromatic wines that are soft on the palate.
7 months of aging in concrete tanks on its lees, which has just rounded its aromatic and gustatory profile.
- Visual: A wine with red solor stick and violet reflections of great intensity with the tear typical of the bobal variety.
- Aroma: Great intensity on the nose, fresh and aromatic with notes of strawberry and blueberries combined with hints of cherry or plum with a soft background of fresh grass.
- Boca: Ssweet fruit hints, and rugged tannins that bring balance and character together. Long finish and fruity aftertaste, which fully reflects the potential of the Bobal variety.
A soft and easy to drink wine, always liked and with the distinctive touch of the Bobal grape.
